Double room available in Walkley area

We are two young professionals looking for a third housemate in our three bed house in Walkley. The house is nice and large with a kitchen, dining room and living room. We've also got a small garden. The location is great as it is right in the middle of Walkley with Asda and various other shops very close. There is a bus stop right at the end of the road where the 95 stops. Both us are quite into climbing and outdoor activities.
