I have got a single furnished bedroom available in a lovely house in Malin Bridge near Hillsborough. Its a great area - 5 mins walk to the tram stop, so very easy access to University and city centre (the tram journey is just 15 mins to the Cathedral). 15 mins walk to Hillsborough shops and lovely countryside literally on the doorstep. The house overlooks Rivelin Valley and is a stones throw from walks down Loxley Valley. I've got a small patio out the back with lovely views in the summer.

The house is well furnished and decorated, with most mod-cons.

I enjoy keeping fit, outdoor activities including walking and cycling as well as socialising. For a living I run a market garden growing and selling organic vegetables (search for moss valley market garden)

I live in the house and have had lodgers in my house for the last 18 years - presently I rent a bedroom to another male. I am looking for another lodger to join us.

I am keen that my lodgers feel comfortable in the house and enjoy a peaceful and friendly atmosphere.
