Quiet Malin Bridge double room

We're seeking a lodger for a fully-furnished spare bedroom in our quiet, clean house in Malin Bridge.

Our house is a lovely, decent-sized terrace with a good kitchen, large dining room and a spacious living room.

Your room is a nice bright double room with a south facing window over Rivelin Valley. Furnished with a double bed, dresser, and wardrobe. Right next to your room is the shared bathroom which was recently renovated.

We're 60 seconds away from the Malin Bridge tram stop so you can get to town in 15 minutes.

We're a sociable couple, early 30s, self-employed. We have a small (very friendly) dog. We'd be willing to consider a lodger with a dog provided they get on. No cats though unfortunately as we have allergies.

We're looking for someone who's easygoing and clean. You'll be welcome to all the shared spaces, we want you to feel at home. We don't expect to be cooking and eating together every evening, but a communal meal on occasion would be fun. We'd love to make new friends and spend some time hanging out at the pub (Malin Bridge Inn - great local!)

One of us works from home so we're ideally looking for someone who is out at work all day. We're also happy to negotiate on the rent if you only need the room for certain days, only during the week, etc.
