Looking someone to share my semi detached in S8

I've just purchased a lovely semi detached on a quiet road in S8, I'm now looking for someone to share the house with me on a short or long term basis. I am a bar manager so will be in and out of the house at all hours. Lovely garden and double drive, house fully furnished other than the spare double room (your room) so just need to sort a few bits for the room, should be available mid December.
