Furnished Student Room Near Uni - Included Bills

If you're looking for a serene place for the next 6 months then this is the place for you. The living room-cum-kitchen boasts all the necessities you would expect and a few intriguing luxuries including a washer/dryer, a dining set and a flat screen TV.

What catches your eye the most, however, is the stunning décor and its modernist features; the bedrooms included. In your bedroom there are two chests of drawers, a wardrobe and a work desk with chair. There is moderate floor space and your bed is a 3/4 (That's also my rating).

The bathroom is, conveniently, separated into two rooms, one for a shower and one for a toilet; there are sinks in each for that morning rush.

You will receive a warm welcome from the current occupants of this apartment. They are a fun pair, currently studying at Sheffield Hallam University.

All the bills and internet are included so there is no need for any extra paperwork. Once everything is signed, you can just relax.

Just a 10 minute walk from town, there are supermarkets and fast food around the corner and a post office up the road.
