One good sized furnished attic room in a spacious three bed terraced house in a great central location near Waitrose and Nuffield gym. It's a 10 to 15 minute walk to the city centre and close to Ecclesall Road. There’s a resident’s parking scheme and cable broadband.

The kitchen has a nice cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and french doors out into the back garden which gets the sun when there is any. It's fine if you want to smoke out there.

It's a homely, vegetarian (ish) house with a resident cat who likes a bit of fussing from the other inhabitants she's sharing with. It's a fairly quiet but sociable set up and there's a wood burning stove so responsible fire lighting skills are a plus.

It's a nice house, a great location and would suit you if you're working and like to have a calm and tidy place to come home to.
