Looking for a new house mate to fill my space. I am needing to move out due to I have bought a house and so will not need the rented room anymore.
The room itself is a big double bedroom which is full furnished with all new funiture. It is on the front of the house so you will get your own front door! (All mail gets sent round the back and other house mates use back door). There is a second single room available for 290pcm! Viewing is recommended!
It does have a drive and I was the only one that really used it as the other flat mates dont drive. It has a communal lounge and kitchen.
The house mates are all nice lads one is a spanish lecturer at uni, one is a salesman and one is a concrete engineer. The landlord is a nice bloke and is quick to repond to any issues we have had. We also currently have a cleaner that comes once a week.
