Professional female housemate wanted in S1

Professional female housemate wanted- all bills and cleaner included - near city centre and train station , s1

I am looking for a female professional to rent a room in my house. There are three lovely female professionals who currently live in the house.

The bedroom available is a double bedroom. (Bathroom to share with two females).

The house is a 4 bedroom house with washing machine, new boiler, cooker, fridge freezer, tv, bed, memory foam mattress, chest of draws.

The house is 5 mins walking to town and to the railway station. There is street parking available, but you would need to get permits from the council.

There is also a house alarm.

All bills will be included, including council tax, tv license and Internet as well as a regular cleaner. Iam looking for someone that will keep the house CLEAN and tidy and is respectful towards the other housemates. Deposit is £250, 12 months contract and then it will be a monthly rolling contract. I am the landlord and I will be living a few minutes away so if there are any issue I'm on hand to deal with them. No admin charges or other extras.
