I've cancelled my booking at this accommodation last-minute due to problems back home and need a replacement tenant ASAP!

The room available is part of a 3 bedroom apartment so you will be sharing with two other students. Each room is en suite with a small double bed, a wardrobe, plenty of storage space and a desk for studying. The apartment has a spacious shared kitchen and living room. The Pinnacles is a really popular student accommodation so don't miss out! It doesn't matter whether you're a first, second or final year student.

The Pinnacles is located within walking distance of Sheffield Hallam University City Campus and is only a 10 minute walk from the train station and Sheffield Interchange.

The £150 deposit is fully refundable. Rent payments are split into 3 lump sums throughout the year intended to line up with Student Finance payment dates.

The contract starts from September 2016 and ends in July 2017.
