Great double room in Crookes!

Hello :) I'm looking for a professional female to share a cute 2 bed house in Crookes. The room is a good sized double with in built storage, new shared bathroom and off street parking. There is a also a living room and separate kitchen. £400 per month with include rent, gas, electricty, council tax, water and Internet. I work a lot so I am out of the house during the days in the week. I like to spend evenings and weekends cooking, drinking wine, going out and enjoying Sheffield and spending time with family and friends who live close. I'm looking for an easy going, fun individual who shares the same interests so living together can actually be enjoyable, prefiribly with a love for food and up for a nice chilled home! i do currently have a flat mate but she will be leaving me at the end of November/ start of Dec.
