Double Room In Great Location Close To University

Hi,

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy at my current house as I have decided to move back home to cut costs. The house is in a great location, a 2 minute walk to the heart of Broomhill which boasts many shops and a 5 minute walk to the University of Sheffield. All the current housemates are final year students so will be busy with work and revision and therefore we would like someone that is quiet, tidy and considerate of others. Although it is a nine bedroom house it is very spacious and usually not everyone is in the house at once.

There is a living room with a flat screen TV and sky, a large kitchen with dining table, 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms. All rooms are fully furnished and utilities are not included in rent price. The contract is until the 30th June 2017 and a new tenant can move in right away.
