Area: The property is right near Collegiate Campus and a short walking distance to the centre of Sheffield and the Universities.

Room: Double bed with a brand new mattress and mattress protector. It has a nice large window to allow light in to it. A desk and a large set of draws with a clear top. A ledge above the bed. It has a decent sized wardrobe with a shelf and space above. Space under the bed to put away suitcases etc.

The flat: It is on the ground floor and has a patio door on the side of the building. The kitchen and living area is open creating a very large welcoming and bright communal space.

Costs: All bills are included so it is a nice warm flat. The flat has a washing machine.

The girls: The three girls living there are very lovely, interesting, friendly and previous students but are now working professionals. The girls are very sociable but respectful for one another.

Reason for the letting of the room: I am only leaving to do an internship in America.
