Excellent dining kitchen has two fridges and freezers, washer, separate dryer, dishwasher, double oven, induction hob, bread maker, microwave and table for up to 6 people.Â

Large living room with massive sofa and large 4k smart TV, xbox, wii U, switch, smart lighting and heating system, free music streaming around the house.Â

Room has its own entire floor of the house and free off street parking.

Courtyard area for BBQ and relaxing in the evening.

Aerial circus rig for practice with hoop and silks, Aerial Yoga, storage space available for lots of stuff, workshop area.

Housemates are quite active and go running, climbing, caving, hiking, wild camping, mountain biking, aerial circus and like going out.Â

Looking for a professional or mature student, must be clean and tidy in the house. Ideally someone into outdoor activities but not essential. Must be ok around my kids.

Household is Pat (44 secondary school teacher SENCO) and, Pat's two daughters age 12 and 15 there half the time, easy going, friendly and quiet. The other lodger is Katie, 34, teacher and climber, in the attic room. Plus Tiffin and Horatio our house cats.

We are picky about who moves in as we want to maintain the lovely vibe and homely feel to the place.
