Student double room

Looking for 2 housemates!!
The house is a 15 min walk to the University of Sheffield with shops and cafes across the road.
The house has recently been refurbished with a large living room, 2 bathrooms, a separate laundry room and garden.
The room is a good sized double furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and desk.
We are typical students who do enjoy going out but also like a night in.
There is free on street parking outside the house.
