House amenities include lounge, dining room, gas central heating, two bathrooms with power showers, kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge and fridge freezer. The washing machine and tumble dryer are in the basement. We also have a garden and BBQ.
We are close to local shops and parks and bus stops to the city centre and train station. Easy commute/walk to town and university departments.
Rent includes gas, electricity, TV licence and superfast internet broadband use over 4 channels.
Cleaner included, unless she is sick or we are between cleaners.
