We have a lovely furnished double room available in this homely 3 bed shared house on Olive Grove Road. We are looking for a female tenant to share the house with the 2 remaining female tenants.
The current tenants are sociable and tidy, so ideally looking for somebody who is comfortable living in shared accommodation and easy to get on with.
The available bedroom is at the rear of the house next to the bathroom. The tenant in the attic bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom and the tenant in the front bedroom has en-suite toilet and sink. Therefore you will only be sharing the shower in the main bathroom with one other person.
The house and rooms are in superb condition, very modern and up to date. Fully double glazed with a good central heating system.
There is Virgin super fast fibre optic broadband.
Rent includes council tax, tv licence, water internet, gas/elec (fair usage policy for gas/elec)
The £395 deposit will be held by the Deposit Protection Scheme.
There is plenty of on-street parking with no parking restrictions. It's a fairly quiet location and the house has a nice little garden and patio area at the rear.
