Double room with adjacent study Crookesmoor

I have a double room (recently decorated) for rent in my house, which is convenient for The University of Sheffield.
Occupier will also have use of a study next-door to their room which would be perfect for hybrid workers.
The house has a garden to rear and off road parking and is on a quiet road.
It has a really large living room which is great for hanging out in, massive corner sofa which is super comfy and a dining table which can seat 6.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and lots of cupboard space.

New mattress in the double room and a wardrobe.
Bathroom & downstairs toilet have recently been updated.

Current flatmate is my friend Shannon who is a scientist working part-time at the university of Sheffield. She is plant-based, enthusiastic LGBTQi+ ally and generally lovely human being.
She loves a pub-quiz and occasional kareoke.

Looking for a considerate and like-minded environmentally & socially aware housemate.
