Top floor suite of rooms by city centre

Bright and airy top floor rooms in our house available, consisting of living room, bedroom and ensuite bathroom. All bills are included, including wi-fi, and you are free to share our kitchen, garden and utility room.

Our house is only three minutes walk from Sheffield station and tram stop, near Park Hill, with regular buses and free on-street parking. It's quick and easy to get into the city centre, to both Sheffield Hallam and the University of Sheffield, down to Meadowhall or out into the Peak District. There is a lovely park just along the road and plenty of places to go within easy walking distance.

We are two adults and a dog. We are busy, but never have all night parties. We welcome lodgers of any age and will leave you to get on with your life or are happy to chat as you prefer. Singles, couples, children - all welcome, including pets, except dogs or cats (sorry but not a good mix with our dog). The rent would be £450 per month for a couple, all bills included.
