En-suite room in Leadmill Point

Hi, I'm looking for replacement tenant to en-suite room in Leadmill Point. Unfortunately I have to come back home, so I really care about time and I hope someone will find my room perfect :)
The bedroom is really good, spacious and quiet and has single bed. You will have your own bathroom and shared kitchen and living room with other 4 flatmates. The location is also veeeery good, really close to city centre, Sheffield Hallam University, Train/Bus Station, gym and cinema and lots of other facilities. There are also on-site laundry and a common room, and people are really friendly here :)

Cost per week: £104, all inclusive, but we can negotiate :)
Length of stay: 09 September 2017 to 13 July 2018
