Hi there... I have a double room going in my house right near Heeley City Farm, Sheffield.
Available from 1st October, the room is £355 a month including all bills (electric, gas, water, tv, wireless broadband and council tax band A).
The images of the bedroom are up to date as the current tenant does not move out until 30th September 2024. As advertised, the room comes fully furnished, so you will be supplied with the double bed, wardrobe and drop-down desk as shown. However, if you need other furniture such as drawers these can simply be requested. Alternatively, feel free to bring your own furniture!
You would be living with two young professional men and one woman, who are polite and friendly, and keep the house clean and tidy.
The rest of the house comprises:
1. a large shared kitchen/dining room with coffee table, 2 sofas, TV, storage, large fridge and separate freezer, dryer, washer, dishwasher, 4 gas hob/electric oven/grill, sink and plenty of cupboard/worktop space.
2. Large family bathroom with bath, shower, wc and sink as well as ample storage.
3. Large cellar for further storage.
4. Outside decked back yard, perfect for relaxing.
It is a peaceful and quiet area with plenty of parking and no through-roads, yet within close proximity to local shops, major bus and tram routes and lots of nice pubs, restaurants and green spaces. Sheffield Hallam University and Sheffield train station are each about 20 minutes' walk north.
Ideally, we are looking to welcome a guy or a girl, 20s to 30s, polite and friendly, to stay at least 6 months. Someone who is independent but also up for making new friends would be a bonus. If this sounds like it might suit you, please follow the steps below:
a) Send a message to me (Tom, live-out landlord) via spareroom. com. Be sure to include a brief description of yourself, why you are moving and any other relevant information.
b) I will then contact you for further information and pass your details to the tenants to arrange a viewing.
c) Tenants will conduct viewings.
d) I will then make a decision on the final appointment.
