Room available at Charlotte Court, En Suite room with a 3/4 bed. Sharing the flat with 4 girls and 1 boy.
Comes with free WiFi, TV, your own shower and toilet, it is quite a big room for a single room for ONLY £107 A WEEK. The kitchen is shared between the flatmates but there is plenty of space for all your cutlery, pots and pans etc.

Next door to KFC, Asda, Home Bargains and Pound Stretcher, Close to city campus (5 min walk) and not too far from collegiate (15 min walk). Lovely flat mates but due to issues back home I have to move back ☹️.

The deposit is already paid, the rent is quite cheap for this accommodation but if it is over budget I am willing to contribute towards the rent as I need it gone urgently!
