Northern General Hospital is 5 min drive. Or 1 bus stop ride away. Would like to share with other professional females. Brand new bed, new sofas, new kitchen appliances and new carpets throughout the house. Bills are included subject to fair usage.

Preferably working professionals. No pets. Children maybe considered but rent would increase. Strictly no couples. No males.

Deposit is not negotiable. 1 month rent and 1 month deposit required before signing contract. Contract minimum 3 months and then rolling every month after that.
