Kelham Island is a 15 min walk down the hill! On road parking. Fantastic neighbours with garage opposite. I have my ten year old son with me 50% of the time. Room comes furnished. There is a brand new double bed and mattress in there (IKEA), a small chest of draws and a sturdy clothes rail. Would prefer a longer let. Just got a wood burner installed for the Winter!
