Meadowhall Suite with your own Lounge & Bathroom

Entire 2nd floor (double bedroom & guest lounge). Fully furnished, plus your own 1st floor bathroom. Shared use of kitchen-diner & private back garden.

Ideally suited to working person or mature student who will be out most days needing a temporary safe, quiet space for 4 or 5nts pw to relax. Perhaps you are on a secondment or temporary contract in the area, or maybe house-hunting or studying and need accommodation without any long-term ties. We are located close to Meadowhall, Forgemasters, English Institute of Sport and Northern General Hospital, with good transport links to Sheffield city centre and Rotherham.

We've been using the spare rooms as AirBNB Superhosts for short stays over the past 10 years, but are now open to something different.

- Further option of using the guest lounge space only with single bed for 4-5nts for £95pw.

- E-cigs allowed (indoors, as we do). Tobacco is outside only

- Bills included: gas, electric, water, wi-fi, council tax (band A)

We can vacuum your guest room/s & clean your bathroom fortnightly at no extra cost. You can also leave some stuff here between stays. Your room/s would rarely be needed for our family/close friends just a few times a year, and then only by arrangement and in your absence of course.

Payment would be in advance at the start of each week or month. Minimum 2 weeks notice to end arrangement by landlord or yourself.

Myself (Richard) and partner Mark have been together for 20 years and both work 25-35hrs pw in professional phone-based roles, mainly from home in the garden office and one of our own bedrooms. We are friendly and pretty laid back. We enjoy having our own space & downtime and will respect your privacy. Also happy to chat and share occasional meals & movie nights etc. if we're all not too tired after work!

You must be happy to be around our 6m-old Tibetan Terrier (Amber) who is generally well behaved with a 'puppy friendly' temperament / not typically noisy. Rest assured, she will not be allowed in your guest rooms.
