Hi there,

I am looking for an awesome person to rent a good sized newly furnished room in a house which is super close to city centre and Sheffield Hallam University city campus.

Good transport connections:
On the 120 & 50 bus routes
~15 minute walk to sheffield train station
~15 minute walk to tram connections

Price per month based on single occupancy, willing to accept awesome couples (double occupancy) and certain awesome pets at a slightly increased rate.

On road parking available, subject to parking regulations

Shared bathroom, Shared Kitchen/Diner, Shared Living Room

The house has a garden and garage for secure bike storage etc.

Non smoker preferred.
