Aldi, Tesco, the Infirmary Road tram stop (blue and yellow lines), Blake Hotel pub, Ponderosa park, and every kind of takeaway are all within 5 minutes of the flat.
Current occupants are 3 young professionals who work Monday-Friday. We enjoy weekly pub quizzing, football, comedy club and are partial to a takeout and TV binge.
