I have a new build semi detached house with a double room available for the right lodger! I'm a tidy professional who takes pride in looking after my home and want to share this with someone else!

The room is fully furnished and if
your looking for a long term let I'd be willing to consider you decorating it if you wanted to! There is a garage aswell if you need extra storage etc. If you have any further questions or would like to view let me know!

There are great transport links to the city centre, Meadowhall train station (less than a mile away), M1 (2 and a half miles away) and northern general is about a 10
