We are proud to present this stunning, new and self contained studio to let for one person or two people for a short term let. It is situated in the garden of our home in the rural village of Silkstone Common in South Yorkshire. Whilst rural, we are just five minutes from the M1 at Junction 37 near Barnsley and a commutable distance from Leeds, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Bradford, Sheffield and Manchester.

The self contained studio is bright, airy and has a relaxing Scandinavian feel. The entrance steps lead to a large, spacious room with an oak floor and all new fixings and fittings. The white gloss kitchen is equipped with a fridge, two burner hob and an oven along with storage cupboards. The bed is a super comfortable futon sofa bed which folds from a sofa to a bed in seconds. The studio is furnished with a large wall mounted smart TV, a table for eating and working, sideboard, a chest of drawers and small wardrobe.

The stylish, modern bathroom boasts a large powerful shower, roomy storage and an illuminated mirror.

Outside there is a paved patio area where you can relax outdoors. There is plenty of on street parking.

Silkstone Common has a train station with direct trains to Sheffield and Huddersfield, an award winning bakery and a friendly, local pub all within less than two minutes walk.

Our studio is most suitable for one person working in our area during the week but with a home elsewhere or for someone who requires a short term let.
