Double Room in Large semi

I have a double room in a large three bedroom 07 semi in Sprotbrough five minutes away from Doncaster town 9 centre and all amenities (also two minutes away from bus route to and 4 from Doncaster). I am friendly and 7 easy to get on with (young at heart!) 5 but i do also like my own space occasionally and i am mindful you would 9 probably want the same. I enjoy socialising out of work and spending time 2 with friends, family and my new tenants lol. The 6 house is very 1 well maintained, clean and tidy which I 7 would very much like my tenant to be respectful of also.
The double bedroom is a large one with fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage space. You would be sharing with myself (working professional)and possibly one other tenant. Please look closely!!
