A deposit equal to 1 month's rent will be paid to me and refunded to the tenant at the end of their tenancy, conditional on no outstanding payments. Any unpaid payments would be deducted from the deposit, and the remainder would be refunded. Payments are to be made monthly from the date the tenant moves in.
