House Share Stannington S6

I am looking for a housemate to rent out the double en-suite bedroom on a month to month contract.

This is a fully furnished room with built in wardrobe double bed, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and mattress. There is also a TV point in the room available. The en-suite is equipped with a luxury power shower!

You will be sharing with 2 other housemates.

The 2 housemates are very clean and keep the house in great shape! They are both working 9-5 and one is a masters student.
I absolutely love the house and location and the nearby walks and scenery are incredible but I no longer need this room as I have been told I will be working from home for the next year and therefore have no need to be located in Sheffield. Which is why I am looking for somebody to take over my contract until the end of June. Any agreement for the room after that would have to be made with the landlady who also lives at the property.

The room available is actually the Master bedroom but because it has the en-suite and wardrobes it is more self contained and therefore gives more privacy for any potential tenants.

Transport:

Bus stop at the estate that takes you to Hillsborough / Malin Bridge where there are trams and buses to go into town and Meadowhall.

Bus stop up the road that takes you straight into town
