Hot Tub, Bar & Quiz Machine! Great Housemates!

We have a lovely bedroom coming available in a well put together and well kept house in the heart of Swinton.

The house is a minute walk from the train station, local pub, bistro, Indian restaurant, and takeaways. 5 mins to more nightlife, co-op, chemist, dentist and doctors.

There are 2 housemates that work and one of the housemates rarely stays there it’s more of a base when needed. I’m happy to share a glass of wine or watch telly with the new housemate or even share the hot tub and home bar now and then. I also have a quiz machine that is brilliant!

The room currently has a double bed although I plan to put a single in there and either a chair or sofa bed. Built in wardrobes give plenty of storage space and there’s also a loft room for extra storage.

Rent is £90 a week/£400 a month with a small deposit. There is a shared kitchen and breakout area and a private living room that I’m happy to share when spending time together.
