Please excuse the mess as there is currently 4 people living in my house!
With my mums recent passing I am left to pay for the house on my own. The obvious answer is to rent a room to cut my bills down as it is a very costly house to run on my own.
I’m the only tenant to a three bedroom house. I have 2 beautiful loving dogs a chihuahua and a German shepherd who love each other dearly. The price of 700 a month is a little less than half what we think it will cost me to run the house with 2 people in it so I’m trying to keep it nice and cheap for the quality of household you will recieve. I like to keep a fairly tidy house and expect the person who lives with me to do the same at least to a reasonable standard.
House has 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, a bath, shower, conservatory, a huge living room and kitchen, house is located a few minute walk from the centre of Thorne for all the shops.
Applicants must be okay with dogs and the use of herbal medicines.
No smoking in the house.
