Generous Double Bedroom

We have recently purchased our new build property and have 1 double room available for rent. It isn’t an en suite room however you would have use of the main family bathroom. As you can see from the picture it has brand new carpet and is yet to be furnished but will come with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk. Thurcroft is just off the M1 at Junction 31 so excellent transport links. The local area is quiet but close to local amenities. I work full time from home. I have two small dogs who are very friendly and won’t be a bother to you and two cats who spend most of the time outside. I keep a very clean and tidy home what with having the animals inside and would expect our guest to do the same.

All bills are included. We have all mod cons for you to use dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

We are looking for someone who is friendly and approachable but respectful of their own space.
