I am looking for a female tenant to rent out one of my rooms.
I am looking for someone that won't eat eat pork or drink alcohol within the home. If you want do this out of the home, that is fine, but not within the home. I also have 2 cats which are very friendly but keep themselves to themselves.
I also live in the property but work until 4pm.
I am very laid back and easy to get on with
The room is a double but has a very comfy bunkbed with a new orthopedic mattress. A double wardrobe and chest of draws.
If you want to redecorate, I am OK with that. Rent includes all bills including net flix, gas and electric, internet, water, Council tax.
