Beautiful and private room with double bed, in a very large first floor flat in the sought after area of Totley S17. The room benefits from huge floor to ceiling cupboards, with hanging space and shelving. The ensuite bathroom has a corner bath with shower over.
The rent includes weekly cleaning, all bills and use of broadband, washing machine and drier, large living room, large kitchen, large dining room and a gorgeous view. Parking is on-street and the bus goes straight into town from a stop that's almost outside the door.
Totley is a residential area, as it's an easy commute to two railway stations, tram stops, the hospitals and universities. We have a selection of useful shops, some nice pubs, and a handy Co-Op over the road. The flat is within walking distance of the Peak National Park and there's a nice park nearby, so perfect if you are a dog owner, walker, climber or just enjoy fresh air.
We run our own small business, which keeps us pretty busy, sometimes leaving early for work and not returning until night. But we also like to spend the odd evening relaxing on the sofa with a glass of wine. We're sociable and enjoy a chat and a good laugh.
The flat facilitates privacy, as your bedroom and bathroom are on one floor, whilst ours is on the next.
We are looking for someone who will treat our home with respect but be comfortable to have around and has a sense of humour.
