Cosy room suitable for NHS employee/student

I’ve got a medium size double room available which would be perfect for an NHS employee or student - the house is just a short walk from the H1 bus route connecting Sheffield’s major hospitals and the medical school.
I’m also an NHS employee (auditor) who works hybridly, so I’ll be home about 50% of the time. Outside of work I like getting outdoors, playing and watching sports, and socialising. I’d love to welcome someone with similar interests into my home.
You’ll also be sharing with my senior cat Nessie - she’s a little shy at first but loves a cuddle once she gets to know you.
Shared areas of the home include a recently renovated bathroom, kitchen (currently being renovated), lounge and a large conservatory. The garden wraps round the house and there’s outdoor seating in the south facing section.
