Lovely Room in Friendly House

Monday to Friday lodger wanted for young minded working woman in friendly 2 bed house. Room is at the back of the house, a good size, double bed and fully furnished right down to bedding and towels plus tv, would also suit a night worker as it is quiet and has a black out blind. The house has constant hot water, a spacious modern kitchen (all equipment for you to use) and bathroom, wireless broadband and a small suntrap garden (Smoking outside). Parking is across the road, however we have had no car crime here in the 14 years i have lived here and valuables (ie tools) could be brought inside on request. The house is 3 miles outside Doncaster centre, 1 minute from junction 36 of the A1 with great access to M1 and M18 and on a fantastic bus route in all directions. I am looking for someone who will respect my home. I am relaxed however i like clean and tidy. There's a dryer as well as a washer. I am a friendly person without wanting to be attached to you at the hip, I'm a good listener but if you need your own space I'm sensitive to that as i like my own space too.
