There is a male and two females currently residing at the property. They are very clean, friendly, respectable and welcoming people, aged between 20-26

The double room comes complete with furniture, consisting of a Double Bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe. This room shares a bathroom with one other room.
Ideally situated close to Barnsley & Rotherham/ Manvers, transport links and supermarkets. Very close to the countryside, Wentworth is a 20 minute walk away. The village of Wath has a wonderful lake area and access to great countryside, RSBP site, Trans Pennine Trail.

The following bills are included in the monthly rent: Gas, Electric, Water, Council Tax, 100Mb Virgin Internet and TV Licence.

All appliances, equipment and utilities are included in the rent as well.

A minimum 6 month contract is preferred, however short term let’s considered.
