House share!

Currently house sharing with another individual who is vacating at the end of October.
It’s a three bedroom house with back garden, garage and driveway. The downstairs room isn’t big enough to be counted as a bedroom however would make a good office space if you work from home. Other two double bedrooms are up on the top floor with a good spaced bathroom and large walk in shower. Large living room and kitchen with fridge freezer - washing machine - microwave and gas cooker so it’s all kitted out.
Lovely location in whiston Rotherham with a few local pubs and lots of green space for walks.
If your someone that enjoys getting outside - bbq’s and sport that would be great as I share those interests.

Pet aren’t allowed nor is smoking.
Rent and bills are split 50/50.
