I live in a 3 bed semi detached house. My small bedroom is used as my office and I'm looking to rent the front double bedroom.
Off road parking is available and a shared bathroom. The bedroom is currently being refurbished as I have recently had it plastered and will be ready from the end of May.
I have uploaded photos of my living room, kitchen and diner for now.
I mostly work from home with a bit of travel.
Looking for someone tidy and respectful that would like to also have this as their home. Happy for them to have friends round occasionally.
I live next to a bus stop, 15 minutes walk from Rotherham hospital, 5 minutes drive from the M1 or 15 minutes drive into Sheffield.
Just looking to gauge interest.
