Double room in four bedroom comfortable, characterful and peaceful house with two living rooms, large kitchen/diner, large utility room, garden with parking. The house is a converted farmhouse amongst a cluster of converted farm buildings but is also very near to centre of the attractive, vibrant area of Wickersley with an excellent selection of bars and restaurants and local shops. There are good outdoor areas to enjoy - Wickersley woods, Wickersley Gorse and small parks and only 15 mins drive from lovely open countryside. It is well connected to the M1 and M18. There are public transport connections to the centre of Sheffield, Meadowhall, and Rotherham. There is a Morrisons and Aldi within 10 min walk. There are also nearby gyms.

I generally live here with my daughter - my son is away at university and usually visits once a month. The house is large enough and with an arrangement to give us our own space including separate living rooms with Sky. I have my own en-suite bathroom so the family bathroom would be shared with my daughter (although she often uses mine). I spend some nights away so am not always around. I have a dog with me a couple of nights a week.
The kitchen and utility rooms are well equipped with french style fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and various kitchen equipment.
