Double Ensuite Room

I’m currently looking for someone to move into my spare room. It’s a 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment so it would just be the two of us (and you’d have your own ensuite). It’s £550-£600 pppm including bills. It’s in Rotherham and about a 20-25 minute drive to Sheffield and there’s free parking here. It’s a cute little village in Rotherham and a really nice area (Woodlaithes Village). I have 2 cats and they are the cutest, friendliest little babies. They wouldn’t need to have access to your room if you wanted to keep your space cat free.
I’m 27 years old, love to socialise and make new friends. I like to go out and have a bottle of wine but equally love a night in with a takeaway.
