Hi,
I’m looking for a female professional lodger to live with me. The ideal person would be someone who spends time also doing outdoor activities and is away doing stuff too.
A bit about me - I work in the outdoor industry in a job which often takes me overseas so I’m looking for a professional who has their own thing and is responsible and communicative and wants a tidy, restful space.
It’s very important to me to have good communication, and trust. I’d prefer to find someone who is able to try to fix and find solutions rather than just avoid issues, as having a conversation is the best way to resolve things.
I have a large south facing garden as well as a front garden so it’s a very green space. It would suit someone who needs transport links, as it’s very well connected and is only 5 minutes from the M1.
It has very good transport links including a direct service to London via coach at Sheffield Meadowhall and walking distance to the train station ( 7 minute walk) . Trains connect to Sheffield ( 5 minutes) whilst a connection via Doncaster means commuting to London takes only 2hrs 10 minutes.
Nearest shop is a one stop ( 10 minute walk) or M&S Foodhall. Lidl is a 10 minute drive, as well as Aldi.
Reference required from past property would be required.
