This house is just two minutes walk from Wombwell High Street and is very close to bus routes for Barnsley Town centre and Manvers. There is on street parking.
This en-suite room is furnished with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, chest and sofa. It has a sink in the room, it’s own wc and shares a shower room with one other tenant. The communal areas are cleaned each week and we expect tenants to keep the house tidy.
The kitchen is spotless and well equipped with built in oven, hob, fridge freezer and washing machine. The communal lounge, dining room has a comfortable sofa for relaxing and dining table.
All bills and fibre broadband are included in the rent.
