Double Room in a cosy little semi

I live just off Wombwell High Street which is close to the main bus route and has buses running directly into Barnsley, Rotherham and Doncaster on regular occasions. The train station is a ten minute walk away, Dearne Valley Parkway and the Motorways (M1 and A1) are only 10 minutes maximum away in each direction

My house is a lovely little semi on a one way street with plenty of parking outside the house, I luckily enough don't really hear much from the neighbours but they are really lovely and helpful, I occasionally smoke but do so outside so would expect the same,

The bedroom has a comfy double bed with draws underneath, a double wardrobe, bedside cabinet and brand new chest of drawers, there is also a computer and treadmill in there if needed, the bedroom leads onto the bathroom with locks on the door.

I work in a local secondary school so I am out from 7. 30am- 4. 30pm most days, I sometimes work in the evening otherwise its an easy night in front of the tv!! I like to go out on weekends, I think I am very easy to get on with. I would also like someone who is easy going and good to get on with.

I am not a clean freak but I have standards and would hope that the person who came to live here would help with upkeep of the house.

The kitchen has everything you could need including dining table, fridge/freezer, plenty of cupboard space, washing machine and tumble dryer,

I have sky plus and fast broadband Internet which is wireless and can be picked up from your room
