End terraced house. Close to M1, with easy links to surrounding areas.
Within walking distance of local amenities and train station. Good bus service.

Full use of kitchen with electric cooker and microwave, sorry no washing machine or TV. Bathroom with bath and shower over bath. Lounge and dinning room. There is a small, secure yard/garden at the back of the house, with lockable shed.

Parking is on the road.

I would prefer a non-smoker, but don't mind if confined to the outside.

My home is quiet, warm, clean and tidy.
Looking for a professional person wanting to cut down on commuting.
