Large double room available in a large detached house in Wombwell:

I am not a clean freak but I have standards and would hope that the person who came to live here would help with upkeep of the house.

I have broadband which is wireless and can be picked up from your room

Property is close to Wombwell Centre, Wombwell train station and approximately 3 miles away to the M1, and 10 miles to A1.

I am 36 years old, a professional and will only accept someone in employment. At present I have one professional male lodger, however he is due to move out soon, (at the end of Nov) hence the ad on here.

My partner lives with me who has children who we have at the weekend, therefore I would prefer someone who only requires the room Mon-Fri...the room is available at £85 per week or at a daily rate of £25 (2 night minimum)
