I have a lovely large furnished bedroom to rent out in a modern, clean and tidy house. The house is on a very quiet lane, it has gch, double glazing, a lovely garden and an open fire. I don't have a TV.
There are good public transport links to the city centre and several bus services run regularly and take 30 mins. There are lots of amenities including a co-op supermarket, woodland and a nature reserve 5 minutes walk from the house. I am vegetarian and would ideally prefer a vegetarian lodger but that's not essential.
I am a friendly 40 year old woman interested in yoga and meditation. I work part-time and am also a mature student doing an MA.
