The house is located in the beautiful village of Alrewas with quick access to the A38, Lichfield and Burton. The village has a lot of amenities including 3 pubs, a Co-Op, doctors & dentist, Indian restaurant, cafe, a fish and chip shop and Chinese take-away. A beautiful canal runs through the village and there are plenty of country paths if you like walking/running. and lots of country walks from the village.

The house is spacious and will be shared with one other. There is a large shared bathroom, bright modern kitchen and comfortable living room.

Housemate must be tidy and respectful, smokers or pets. Please note this is a working professionals only house share, therefore relevant checks would need to be provided. I kindly ask for the following;
